Delivery Policy – Newbalm

At Newbalm.co, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and professionally across all areas of Kuwait.

🚚 Delivery Time:

Orders are delivered within 3 hours of confirmation.

Orders confirmed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

💰 Delivery Fee:

  • 2 KWD flat rate for all areas in Kuwait

  • Free delivery on orders above 30 KWD

🕒 Important Notes:

  • An order is considered “confirmed” once payment is received or confirmed by the customer

  • In case of unexpected delays (e.g. weather conditions or high order volume), we will contact you directly
