Return Policy – NEWBALM

At NEWBALM, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The product must be completely unused, unopened, and not tested.

• It must be in its original condition, with full and undamaged packaging.

• The customer is responsible for returning the product to our specified address after contacting our customer service team.

• Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days.

🚫 Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the product has been opened or used.

• If more than 14 days have passed since the order was delivered.

• If the product is returned in a damaged or incomplete condition.
